Pathetic

Absolutely shocking. Waited 45 after placing my order at the drive through. Numerous people were helped before me and every time I enquired about my order there was some excuse. Never coming back here.

Pick n Pay

Shocking service!!!

I was at Pick n Pay clothing in Port Elizabeth, Lorraine Gardens Centre. I returned clothing that did not fit me, which I received as gift. I was received with very hostile staff that accused me of bring back “dirty clothes”. I literally tried on the clothes once. This is shocking and atrocious services of customers. I hope that this will be addressed as this is unacceptable.
