Rude Employees.

First of all I would like to say that I am not usually a negative person , but this experience has made it so hard for me to stay positive. So at first The lady at the learners department says when writing your test please put off your phone and so I do. After my test while standing in line to print my results I put it on an continue to proceed on my phone. The lady with this Huge attitude goes hysterical and so she raises her voice towards me and tells me off. And I continue by telling her there is no need to be rude because I did not know i was not supposed to put my phone on in the examination room and that I only thought my phone should be off for the duration of the exam ,Yet she still talks to me in a raised voice trying to get her way.! And I still continue to tell her there is no need to be rude. This is such an unpleasant experience for me especially because I treat everyone with respect, and i cant grasp the idea of being utterly ******** and rude. Then her Colleague takes her side and tells me that she is my instructor and i should do as she says not even trying to understand that I DID NOT KNOW. This experience has made me Sad, hurt, and beyond disappointed. No one should ever be in this situation. And all staff should know how to : react in situations, listen , try to understand, and not raise their voice. I am not impressed AT ALL Krugersdorp Licensing department and learners department.
