**** Hugo Boss at Edgars Secunda Mall
I bought a Hugo Boss The Scent - for her at Edgars Secunda mall on the 20th of November 2024. I tasted the perfum while shopping and decided to buy it for R2250, the smell hardly lasts 30minutes. I spray when leaving for work but when I get to work the smell is no longer there, it doesn’t last at all. I went back to Secunda mall Edgar’s to complain because I spent a lot of money on this perfume and it doesn’t last at all. I was told that they don’t exchange perfumes there’s nothing that they can assist me with. They call Tumi I don’t know what she does there but they said I must complain at Hugo Boss since it’s not their fault. I am so disappointed that I trusted Hugo Boss as a big brand and spent so much money on a perfume that lasts 30 minutes. I regret changing my brand, if you need a perfume look far from Hugo Boss and Edgars big brands that sells ****s.

Bad in resolving queries
If you looking for Debt counsellors look far from Debt Rescure SA. I have been saving my bonuses so can settle some of my creditors. October 2023 decided to settle all creditors with least amounts cause I’m still fighting for my financial freedom. After settling indemnity forms and proof of payments were sent to this people with instruction to please request refunds for me to all this creditors that they have sent contributions to after I’ve settled since I saw that they still paid them in October after I settled. Response came back to say it is all done emails were sent. November 2023 they sent distributions to my 2 paid up loans again, I again called sent them emails to say the loans are paid up already and instructions to pay 1 on my of outstanding loan all the refund for November. Response came back as resolved, emails have been sent to relevant departments. But still nothing was done, I had to call whole of November and December January still phoning. The service is extremely bad, they don’t give you feedback you have to call and call and call for feedback. All they know when you phoning is that they will send email to your creditors but they don’t do follow up with creditors you still need to call for follow up. When you raise your frustrations they become rude and don’t understand your point of view. I dealt with Smangele, Megan team leader Erika no help. I’m exhausted drained from the fight since November still no refunds. I soo wish I had debt counsellors who cared for their clients money.
