*****ulent Activities and Overcharging. 1. Have been charged so more than R7k from 3 rentals that both the front desk and customer service are unable to explain these costs. Since the matter been escalated to management NO one has reached out. 2. I extended rental over the phone and still got charged penalty and was advised to do that to avoid penalty. 3. Deposit that amounted closed to R30k after all costs paid has been reduced to R22k meaning that the R7/8k cost gone down unexplained. 4. We are renting from this SANI as a business and we are taken advantage of because they think we don't have monitor and checks. All the reports and pictures have been taken before and after with the officials around. 5. This will not go down very well, because fuelling of vehicle its our policy we used the filling station at the airport and took pics when returning the car. Previous employee, who use to work as an Account Manager for Businesses once engaged with her they advised that if your don't record everything about the car you will be charged for every dent that you found in the car. I would give a minus if I could Firstly - they are not transparent about the fees - only when you get to collect the vehicle are you told of a higher rate and some mumbo jumbo about the excess - I was also charged extra on my credit card. I was then charged a premium location fee. They were very quick to take additional money from credit card as I did go over the mileage allowance which I acknowledge and expected. I did not however expect the extra fees - then the deposit. It has been 18 days since returning the vehicle and no sign of my deposit. after countless emails and phone calls I have basically been told it is my problem now to get the money released from the Bank which of course is not possible as they require the rental company to authorise the refund. So disappointed in the service - actually furious - other consumers be ware!
