Bad experience Truworths Cradlestone Mall
Truworths Cradlestone Mall always loud blaring alarms! When asking Staff the answer is a shrug and reply that "it always happens when there is loadshedding and only Head Office can fix it." Left my purchases and walked out! Bad experience! Unhelpfull staff!

Bad Experience
Always loud Blaring Alarms! Always Truworths! Always the excuse of "Because of Loadshedding". Even when there is no loadshedding! I don't believe that is still acceptable as a valid excuse! Why does other Malls not have the same problem?
