I spoke to Kerishnie Govender on the 28th April 2026 confirming Mweb fiber, she told me that in 24 to 48 hrs they will take the initial fee of R249 and the router will be delivered in the same time
I spoke to Kerishnie Govender on the 28th April 2026 confirming Mweb fiber, she told me that in 24 to 48 hrs they will take the initial fee of R249 and the router will be delivered in the same time. The fee was taken only on the 2nd of May and the router was only delivered on the 13th of May. I have contacted Mweb telephonically and via email I am still waiting to be connected. I also contacted Openserve the company dealing with the connection and I am still waiting. I just want to know why I am not getting clear answers. Why does it take so long to get fiber when everyone around me has it. This matter needs to be investigated. Thanks😔
