AWESOME EXPERIENCE
Bought a new set of C***** crochet hooks today. Was assisted by 2 lovely and very helpful ladies - didn't get their names - but want to send my heartfelt appreciation for their assistance, first with the C***** hooks and then a second trip for my C***** yarn cutter. Awesome experience!!!

Bad admin and accounting service
Very disappointed by the lack of professional phone service. Always an automated call system that claims high call volume and to leave a message but they don’t get back to you in time! As they are contracted out they don’t seem to care about medical aid pre authorisation as long as they get paid.
