Upset Mother That Needs Assistance!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. The service is disgusting. This Clinic are suppose to help all kids as it is a baby clinic. I stay in bardale village (in the area) and mind you it's not the first time being at this clinic. I went to the clinic in January for my daughters 9 month injection and they turned me down saying they do not have an availability. I went to Dischem to paid R130 to get my daughters injection. I went back to the clinic in April to get her 1 year injection and i was told there is no space to slot my daughter in. I was advised that they will contact me for availability regarding her injection. I am so disgusted as the clinic is suppose to assist as i do stay in the area and why should i be paying if there is a clinic? Can somebody advise as to what i need to do as my daughter is due for her 18 month injection and she hasn't even received her 1 year injection.
