I am writing about AMI Group for the third time. The first time l wrote it was a complain of refusal to refund me. Even after they approved a partial refund the money still was not paid. AMI Group is ****ming people and going around writing reviews about them as if they are customers so that they can attract more customers and **** then. The first review l wrote they gave me a call to make a deal that l delete a review then they will pay me of which l did but they never pay me back even after approved payment. This is a company that has a scrupulous address their actual address is at Fourways yet they advertise themselves having offices in No_205 Revonia Village. This is how they ****e, they will sell you a dream and ask you to pay money when you want to travel. They then give you a contract to sign. Once you sign you will never hear from them your money is gone. That's the end of your relationship if you try to demand your money they will ghost you to give up. Im working hard for this company to be investigated and lm going out on all avenues available in the land even legally. They work in the dark it's is not easy to find them but we are working to get them even with their overseas head office to get them to pay back people's money. We not going to leave any stone unturned lm so angry.
On 24 October 2022 l responded to the advert of AMI Group that promised to facilitate an overseas move with a Caregiver Job. A response came via WhatsApp from a The consultant called Nompumelelo Her contact 0712192933 at Revonia AMI Offices. I checked the website and went to see the Offices first Where l met Nompumelelo. After seeing the website and Hello Peter l was convinced of their services. We agreed that 35000 will be paid. A R15000 was paid on the 29/10/22 followed by R7000 01/12/2022 again R12500 was paid lastly R3000 all totaling to R37500. From them no correspondence or any update of the progress. I kept calling trying to find out but fruitless My account manager who was handling my services was Then fired and was given a new Manager who too could Not assist. I then requested a refund seeing there was nothing happening. It has been back and forth with no one assisting to give me My refund. One does not have access to the finance department which l discovered its non-existing. Everything has to be done online. The Argent assisting has no access to. I discovered that the address given online is just an Argent office; the actual office is at Fourways but they won’t say where it is. *Details of steps taken to resolve the complaint The only access is a WhatsApp of an Argent 0712192933 Or their Fouways land line 0115133441 all of them prove to be fruitless. Upon finding out about my rating for them in Hello Peter they asked me to contact them of which l did. I was asked to put down the rating in exchange for them to attend to my issue. An agreement was reached that my money will be paid back. The problem became a break down of the amount, my gripe with them was that there was no service done and it was they negligence as after paying the full amount agreed there was nothing done absolutely nothing. So l withdraw from the agreement because they failed to honour the contract. It was not my part but their part so why would they charge me for giving them my money and do nothing, when l demand it back then l have to pay cost which non existent. Consumer council was wrapped in to be a mediator but AMI group did not corporate in good faith. I then sent AMI group an email to pay the amount they offered so that l can deal with the amount they took as services and tax. To this day the money has not been paid. The refund was approved on the 26th November 2023. An email was sent by Nadimah from refunds department. Greetings Mgcini, Thanks for your patience during the time of your refund approval processing. This is to bring to your attention that, as per the terms and conditions within service contract agreement, you signed with the AMI Group of Companies, your refund is approved for the amount of R22,312.5 from the total amount of R37,500 you paid including Taxes (15 VAT). Refund Breakdown: Total Payment inc VAT: R37,500 Total Payment ex VAT: R31,875 Admin Fee 30%: R9,562.5 Refund of 70%: R22,312.5 Only the company's 30% Administrative Processing fee was deducted, from the R31,875 ex VAT we received, according to SECTION 6, subsection 1 and SECTION5, sub-section 7 of the Agreement you signed. As per the refund disbur*****t period within the agreement you signed, you will get your refund, in accordance with SECTION 5, sub-sections 6 based on your payment method. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, and regret seeing you leave.
My Name is Mgcini Ndebele. I have issues with AMI Group Ref SAINV-001632 ORDER NUM On(With AMI Group). On October 24 2022 I contacted AMI Group after I saw their advert on Linkedin, a Company that assist and facilitate for people who would like to go and work Overseas. I paid R37500, this was a fee they required for the service. The agreement was that it will take them 8 weeks to facilitate and I get everything done and get a job work overseas. 8 Weeks passed nothing happened even communication was not there; lI will have to call now and then. They kept telling me stories until I threatened to cancel the deal. They then told me that the reason why they couldn't facilitate it was because I did not sign contract with them. On my surprise I did find that strange of why they didn't do that at first. They sent me a contract to sign and told me to wait another 8 weeks, one of the clause in their contract was saying Im contracted to them for three years of which I cannot get my refund in the evet that they don't get work or work permit for me. This contract was sent when I had already paid my money. Should I have known of such a clause I wouldn't have entered into agreement with them. 8 Weeks passed no contact nothing. I then decided to cancel andI gave them all reasons on that they couldn't keep their word. l have kept all conversations from the day one and all the emails. When I gave them facts and records, they then sent me a breakdown that they will refund me but they wanted to take R15188 and refund me R22312 of whichI refused. Their concern was that I did write everything they did and how they are operating to Hello peter. That is why they promised to refund in exchange I put down my complaint on Hello peter. They said the other money was admin fee amounting to R9562, I disputed that because there was no administration work done. Its like I gave them my money they did nothing when l complained and cancel the deal they charge me for talking my money whilst they did nothing. After disputing the amountI then took the case to The National Consumer Commission. After a long back and forth among themselves and AMI Group, they then allocated my Case to Penelope Kwape the Adjudicator. I have been calling following up again to the Adjudicator for no end in the case, the last I spoke to She told me that they have no powers except to push for AMI Group to pay. This shocked me because AMI Group said they will no longer pay because my case is with the Adjudicator, the Adjudicator says they don't have powers to force AMI Group to pay. This is my current situation as I no longer don't know where to get help because the Adjudicator does not have powers almost like they have to kneel down to AMI Group to pay my money back! It's just a long story I tried to cut it short to make sense. My worst nightmare is that Even the Adjudicator can not be found , sent emails to Her, She doesn't respond. I cal she doesn't call back. My back is now on the wall please Clement Help me. AMI Group on public they advertise their offices as at Revonia in Johannesburg but the reality is that their offices are at Four ways Johannesburg. AMI Group Contact number at Fourways is 0115133441 My Assistant was Nompumelelo Nsaba. Their Address in Revonia; Revonia Village, Revonia Blvd&Mutual Road Edenburg Sandton 2nd floor. In this Address its where they do consultations but their actual Head Office at Fourways is unknown. I have two Friends who also lost their money and services where never rendered, I don't know how many People where treated the same way because in Hello peter they are many who are complaining about this Company. My Case Number/Our ref: 202310-0126287. She ended up closing the case with the reason that AMI Group were not cooperating. After closing my case l then understood my loss and opted for my agreed refund AMI Group never responded to my emails. When l called the Fourways office number it's no longer going through. Saba's number also is no longer working. The funny part is that they continue advertising for more people to fall for the trap!
I regret ever joining AMI Group for assistance, l first did look at the comments here on Hellopeter and lm now convinced many positive l read here are not customers but AMI Group personnel. I had the worst experience with AMI Group. Apparently l don't believe AMI Group is a genuine Company but it is a ***** Company. I a Customer at Revonia Sandton, AMI Group uses Revonia Address but their actual Office are at Fourways. But theris no Address for those Offices. I lost R37500 for no service. I was applying for assistance to get a Job Overseas and after getting all my money that was the end of them. My two Friends l recruited to get assistance too lost their money they never got any assistance after paying money. I was assisted by a Lady called Nompumelelo at Revonia She's a good Lady but unfortunately the Company She works for a company that is *****ing People. The funny part is that you can only speak to a consultant as there is no Supervisor or Manager to help when things go wrong. Everything is presumed to be electronically you can't speak to anyone except consultant! The finance department is not accounting when you have challenge to get your money back. I have tried everything to get my money back with no success. As it is no one can assist except the assistance who to have no access to the main office in Fourways. So l see the reviews here People commending it and l wonder is it customers or AMI Group Personal to ***** People. I lost R37500 to nothing. Apparently they don't deserve a star but because l can't get to comment without rating had to just give a star.
