Decided to replace my 30+ year old Tupperware containers (looking a bit shabby) with Addis Cereal Savers. Only lasted a few weeks, before breaking ! How can plastic containers be so fragile ? Now my 30+ year old Tupperware is back in service - still going strong.
Disgraceful service from Pick n Pay ! Made an online purchase a year and a half ago - incorrect goods supp****. Never received any response until yesterday - received an email to the effect that "service call ******xx has been completed" - but NOTHING has been done. Could not respond to the e-mail directly, sent from a no-reply email address. Looked up customer service email on Pick n Pay website, and sent an email. Returned as "undeliverable - mailbox full". Seems there are a lot of customers complaining ! Tried phoning the call centre this morning - extremely rude and unhelpful agent raised her voice at me when I complained about the bad service, and then cut the call. How can you treat customers so badly Pick n Pay ?????
Worst experience ever ! Total rip-off ! Charged me over R 4000.00 for a tiny black mark "damage" on the rear bumper, that I knew nothing about. Then made a false statement that I had acknowledged the alleged damage. Just debited my credit card for the full amount, without providing any independent proof of the the actual cost, or that they had actually incurred any cost for repairs. NEVER again !!!!!
