We had one of the worst service experiences ever. We paid our deposit on time, and before the work was even completed, we were pushed to make full payment. Because the provider seemed trustworthy at first, we paid in good faith — and that was a huge mistake. Almost a year later, the tables are still not fixed, the snags have not been completed, and we still haven’t received the pillows for the chairs as promised. He does not answer calls and barely responds on WhatsApp. Every attempt to get the work finished has been ignored. All we want is for the job we paid for to be completed. After this experience, we will never use Yelo Button again. Absolutely unacceptable service.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of my claim and the overall service I received. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter efficiently, the insurance process was riddled with miscommunication and lack of clarity. The other party’s insurance refused the claim due to conflicting versions, yet there was no real attempt to investigate or resolve these discrepancies. I understand that low quantum may be a factor, but abandoning the claim altogether without further consideration or proper explanation is unacceptable. To make matters worse, my file was closed in November 2024 without any proactive communication or attempt to resolve the issue. This approach reflects poorly on your service, and I would not recommend your company based on this experience. Handling claims with this level of negligence is frustrating, and it reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Useless my internet has been off all night no communication on the issue no support website states Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm this is a lie have call numbers times from 7am no support Really is you like lies and company fooling you this is n great company to wast your time with
No answer no help nou ****ing clue what they are doing i keep on complaining but do they follow up do they try to help u useless must as for communication why stuff is not working and you wait for 20 min on a line to get helped
Its interesting all my fellow resedents in my complex has internet and im stuck without internet what a service to keep your name high will not recommend asap as a provider 3 days to sort out my problem still nothing no communication only we will escalated well that is not working
Is it so difficult to suply internet you are not eskom you are not any state owned entity what is the problem are you abseloutly useless wait 24 for what you are such a bunch of con artists i using asap as a third-party user but what a bunch af useless communicators you are not even worth a star pay trough you nek for poor service and no internet for 3 day weldone
If i could give no star i would Constant struggle constant not doing anything its been 3 day now constant no internet. But you have connectivity wow that amazing it does not help me to have my fiber working. Every time a different story everyday some one els telling me its fix but its not poor poor service just tired of struggling with the same stuff over and over no communication just ignore me and hope it goes away stay away Anthony you are tops must say aleast you are trying 5 stars to you thank you
poor poor experience definably not worth the down time I am fed up with poor service, no getting back to you when internet is down and always excuses no communication when they are experience problems service are down, no schedule for upgrades and more down time than Eskom, they are a 3 party suppliers but there own infrastructure is failing woes worse than Eskom I'm off for 2 hours on a Sunday busy studding and they cant give a eta on when they are fixing the problem (they don't answer there phone) they do not offer any thing except taking money for service that I'm not getting
