Plumber didnt fasten the clamp on the wachine machine waste pipe, caused my entire unit to flood. Refused to even come out and assess the resulting damage himself.
I submitted a claim for a broken windscreen on the 7th January 2015<br> As of today, I still dont have my windscreen fixed. I paid my excess on time when requested on the 13th of January. <br> <br> I was contacted and told someone would come fix my windscreen on the 22nd. They brought the wrong windscreen. <br> <br> I was told they would make an appointment for the 23rd, but received an SMS notification for the 24th of Jan, which is not the date we agreed upon and I was unavailable that date. They re-scheduled for the 26th.. .which was a no show. I called to find out where they were? They didnt have stock of the right windscreen, but no one bothered to let me know. <br> <br> I then waited and made repeated calls to get my windscreen repaired, but was filled with nothing but empty promises. <br> <br> Again after many complaints another appointment was made for the 2nd February ... another no show <br> I called the technician and he knew nothing of the job and had no job card or windscreen for me. <br> <br> The only thing 24Fix are able to provide.. are empty promises
