After all the fighting the accounts person tells me shes busy with other stuff and will process my refund when shes done.. i waited the whole month of September for my refund and I understood their explanation now im being told to wait again? Whats the delay for? This company takes people for ****
I moved out of their property on the 1st of September 2023, when i asked about my refund they tell me that the electricity bill is always in arears so they have to wait for the August bill so they can refund me, bear in mind they tell me about possible payment being done on the 18th of October. who told me that the electricity is billed in arears and how can they not have the billing by this time if i moved out on the 1st of September????????? what a nonsense company... stay away from them?.
