If i could give a minus in stars i would . The worst service i have had from a company in a long time . The tracking service works when it wants to. As my wife works in a fairly high risk area i always track her coming home from work especially in winter when its dark . Often the systems says he is still at work and then she arrives home. When I make a inquiry as to why this happens they always say we will reboot and update the system . Then the system in my sons car stopped working in June. After many calls and no further help i finally wrote to Netstar in October . Again no joy. I was given a name and contact number of a person working for Netstar and then they contacted me really keen to sign a new 3 year contact and they would repair or replace the current systems. When I declined and asked for cancellation they agreed and because the system had not worked for 4 months agreed to not bill me again. They did any way. Bottom line bad support if you need help with the product . Not sure what will happen if your life's in danger but not willing to take the chance . Best try some other company that is nor using old equipment.
