My excitement went from 100 to 0 in just a week, I bought a car Polo Vivo Comfortline from VW Master Cars Gezina, little did I know it was one of their **** tactics, Angela who claims that she is a reputable salesperson but has 0 knowledge about the product she is selling just sold me a dream. The car has lot of issues, to name a few brake issues, tires finished, some parts of the car re-painted yet her and the manager claim the car is accident free and DEKRA approved. I called her to report the issue I had with the car she said she is not at work and the workshop is closed on Saturday. I insisted on going there to my surprise she was there when I got to the dealership. Instead of her giving me the answers as to why did she not disclose the issues on the car, she claimed she is just a salesperson and know nothing about the car. As shocking as this was, she started arguing with me and my sister trying to act like a victim in the whole situation. I feel sorry for VW to hire people like her (on that not she is an intern with no professional customer service etiquettes) because her customer service is totally 0% am still surprised that people like her are allowed to work directly with customers. Furthermore, I have requested DEKRA report they keep on playing hide and seek about it. Can VW assist to sort out this matter as this is bad for VW. I hate my car already. The experience with VW Master Cars Gezina makes me question the brand. They don’t deserve a star!!!!!!!
