My first Telectro experience happened in 2023 when I got my first upgrade done. The service was impeccable Tania Gous assisted me at the time and she was well informed, helpful and went the extra mile. I was due for my second upgrade and was contacted by Reenen and once again I experienced exactly the same impeccable service with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable agent on the other side. Well done for not letting the standard of service to drop. Keep up the good service. Highly recommended for all your contract needs. 5 star service of excellence to Telectro and the staff working for this company.
I only used Avis as my insurance covers car rental. I has an accident and used Avis car rental for the first time ever and hopefully this will be the last. Even though the Insurance paid for the bulk of the rental expense I still had to put a deposit down and included insurance on the rental. The delivery of the rental and the service provided was good. However once the car was returned and the deposit refund was due only poor customer service was received. My rental has been handed over a month ago and the refund that is due still has not been paid. As per their contract refund will be paid back into the clients account 30 days after the car has been returned. I have followed up with customer service various times on email, telephonically and the refund has still not been processed. I called customer service and they put me on hold for 30min with no sense of urgency, I then ended the call and they did not even call me back to give me feedback with my query.
