I started with Hosted properties 2 years ago, the first few months started off well, but then I started to notice that they are adding fees to electricity recharges, which is not stated in the contract, their invoices are so badly formatted, and state “this is not a tax invoice”. I have since left Hosted and my final invoice is missing a guest that had stayed 6 nights, after asking for that to be amended, they have not responded.
