So Health Squared sent a message on Friday afternoon, saying they are closing down at month end. 8 working days in other words. We are fortunate enough to be able to move to Profmed, BUT I cannot get a Membership Certificate from Health Squared!!! No one is there to assist. Why was this not given to each member along with their note about closing down? The inconvenience caused by trying to get affidavits to prove you were a member, and now 1 week to closure the message received is that Health Squared is finding other medical aids to look after us! We don't want anything you guys touch, give us our letter of Membership and go away permanently, absolutely disgusted.
Ordered and paid for 2 x 2700 litre Jo-Jo tanks, plus delivery on Monday 2nd November. Told delivery would be Wednesday 4th November. No wonder the cashier laughed, she obviously knows the company well! I made arrangements so someone would be available to open the gates for the delivery, well that was rather presumptuous of me and a futile exercise. It is now Saturday 7th November and no tanks! When I called the service centre and asked about this on Thursday, I was told by Saturday at the latest, so,it is Saturday at 14h00, must I be on standby until 23h59 today, just in case you still deliver? Shocking customer service from a company new to the East Rand, will definitely stay with Builder's from now on. If you can't deliver, contact me, you have all the details. So now I am going to be inconvenienced further as you will probably arrive sometime in the next week when I am at work and can't just rush home at a moments notice.
We went to the 2 day Basic Training Course, and most of the days were a selling pitch for further training. I was not interested in going further but my husband has been a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki books for many years and even though we are both very busy at the moment in our jobs, agreed to go for Momentum training with a coach. I should have seen the dollars shining in the eyes, as the near hysteria moment of when we said we would only pay R 26 odd thousand, half of the cost, rather than the full amount. On the Tuesday we went to the network evening and my true beliefs of the programme just being a money spinner, seemed justified. No one I engaged with had actually made money yet, instead they were all still learning, looking at new avenues, being life coached into something different as well, but the bottom line was, NO ONE who had been on training the previous year, had yet made money or sold a property ,they were still spending money on courses, coaching etc. We informed everyone we were currently too busy to attend the session of training we were scheduled for and I actually decided that this is just a waste of money and I don't wish to pursue this further. I sent an email to that effect that I was not spending more money. I got no response to my comment about refunds, as it was out of the 7 days. I was told other arrangements could be made for our training and no more sales pitches. All I wanted was a portion of my money back and to be as far away as possible from these people. Take the money and go on an island holiday, do not give it to them, as I have totally wasted R26000.00!
