The worst courier to exist. No communication whatsoever, they say my package was “delivered” which is false because the delivery time was way past my office closing hours. They can’t even tell me who they delivered to or who signed for it. Complete ****. You try reaching out to them and it’s silence, call centre is always busy, emails go unanswered. It’s really upsetting!!! I STILL don’t have my package that I ordered in FEBRUARY. This is nonsense.
Pargo is efficient when they deliver straight to your address, however the service at their pick up point was an absolute nightmare. A) the person couldn’t even navigate the app, after very long minutes of waiting he opted to just giving me the package without documenting my relevant details and that put a sour taste in my mouth. I had to ask for the phone so I can help him process the collection. B) the security guards had me going around in circles in that building because they didn’t even know what Pargo was. Shocking really. Ensure that all pargo pick up points are VISIBLE and that the staff is trained. My package could’ve easily been taken by someone else.
The manager is the biggest asshole I’ve ever met in my life. This is the SECOND time he’s been incredibly rude to us. He shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry, he’s so rude!!!
