I laybuyed two beds and paid the deposit for both beds cash and the following month I went back to pay the rest of the amounts for the two beds we received on bed and not two because apparently the shop was out of stock for the other bed and was told it will be delivered during the week. The week went by and we contacted the shop and they told us the store at Sebokeng Plaza was closed but they had not informed anyone. When enquiring about the other bed I'm told I should go to the other store in Boksburg and pay an amount of 1 600 for delevary when I ask for a refund I'm told that the amount being shown in the system is my deposit for 1000 evenwhen I send the guy the invoice he still refuses to process the full amount for a refund. They don't take people serious
