I bought apparels online during their 60% summer clearance, and we have received corresponding emails about their shipping problems. I bought the clothes through mobicred. It has being a month now, no correspondence and no follow-up correspondence fro our emails.We have yet to receive our clothes . Please help
I have 6 year relationship with MTN, I have been their subscriber for the past 6 years and still have a contract with them until 2025 . The problem is they decide to debit from a different account, I gave them the account when I was trying to contract a new phone . The have been debiting from Capitec for the past 4 years and all of a sudden they debitted the wrong account . Now they say I owe them money for the past 2 months
My account was freezed no prior warning, went to one of their centres they say they sent me communication via email to send my proof of address and Identity document. Luckily I had them with me when visiting the centres and handed them, their response was they have no exact turn around of resolving my complaint. Its nearing month end and have debits order coming and I have to transfer money to other banks for my debit orders. My credit record will be affected by this and have to pay my municipal account too
