Bad service

Myself and my partner wanted to have a drink or two and some lunch on Tues 24th october. We seated ourselves as no one was there to assist us. We then after about 10min went to the bar to get our own drinks. When at the we said there was no service. All the wait staff where taking pictures of themselves and not helping customers. This is very disappointing. We love to go to blue peter, after this experience we won't be back. Service is the forefront of any business, you need to up your game and train your staff.
