I was informed by cell c that my account was hand over to NDS i called them just for them to inform me that my account is not with then an account i had 2016.I went to cell c they told me to go get an TCP report which i did and it showed that i didn't owe cell c anything.Today i went back to cell c and they informed me again that i should contact NDS but the number cell c gave me is not working and the number i received on they page
