Can I rate 0 stars?
I started my debt review journey with Rowan and company in December 2022. To date, my case hasn't been to court. I've paid more than R**** to the IPDA system, and according to my creditors, I owe more now than when I started this process. Communication from the company is sorely lacking. In this time, 2 of my accounts, including my home loan, have been handed over, and I've been summoned about my home loan. This is not at all what I understood the process to look like when I started talking to them in 2022. Do yourself a favour and look for a reputable company that really has your best interest at heart. I'm fed up with this cat-and-mouse game.
