Very upsetting!! On 3 October 2023 @ 10;17 my order number #12173 was CONFIRMED via e-mail. To date no items have arrived. When I now write to them on the e-mail trail, a message comes up to say that they are having a problem with their emails and working on it. I think this is a **** and would appreciate conformation of this fact and also what can be done to people like this who take your money and not deliver the items.
Most useless BANK ever, Invested money on a 5 year term with payouts in 1 st 3 rd and 5 th yeaar. Did not take 1/4 of the funds after year one so the Capital should be reinvested and earn more return. On year 3 I took the capital of year 1 - 3 plus the assosicate returns. First ABSA paid out late and then only by depositing an amount into my bank account. NO CALCULATIONS OR DOCUMENTATION as ever received. On doing the calculations it was found that I was paid thousands of rands short, plus no allowance was made for the additional investment period and associated interest incurred while the money was invested with them. Various complaints were lodged with the call centres who are only equipped to deal with sending standard messages out. In the end, I was referred to my Private Banker, NICK DU PLESSIS who makes promises but NEVER gets any answers. He never keeps any promises and are ALWAYS in meetings! I have now removed almost ALL my investments with ABSA and will remove the balance as soon as it is due for payout. BE WARNED, THIS BANK CANNOT BE TRUSTED, IT IS NOT THE ABSA BANK WE USED TO KNOW AND TRUST!! THIS IS A ****!! THEY ARE ****ING EVERY INVESTOR OUT OF THOUSANDS OF RANDS AND JUST NEVER ANSWER FOR THEIR DEEDS!
