Products are great if you ever get them. We placed our order 27 January to arrive end of February for our baby due beginning of April. We’re now in April, 3 days to go and missing part of our order. When I followed up last week I was told I’d have it by the end of the week, didn’t get it, and have just been told the ship docked on the weekend (so not sure how I was getting our order last week?) no urgency, copy and paste apology hours later. Shocking customer service that do their products zero justice. How disappointing
I had a miscarriage 10 months ago, since then I have had to contact discovery 6 times and their system still has that pregnancy registered. If a miscarriage isn't traumatic on its own, rehashing it 6 times over certainly is. Now I am pregnant and don't get full benefits which are meant to be per pregnancy. Each call, I get told now it is resolved. I just sat for an hour on the secure chat to be asked once again what date I miscarried and told that it will take 10 days to see to my query. Absolutely shocking. Discovery sure are no longer the service provider they used to be.
