Remtec gives bad service when you request your refund

Will never do business with Remtec again. Paid money for a recon engine on 12 October 2023, asked for a refund (they confirmed that we could do that) on 23 October 2023. After numerous emails, to date, no refund has been given. David Pitt (MD of Remtec), is never available. And all the staff (Jenny/Mario & Helen) has no authority to assist. Bad, bad service and no feedback.
