Provide absolutely no response or actions to numerous mails sent requiring such.
Vox is my ISP at home. I regularly experience a partial or total loss of internet connectivity. I do receive a notice to that effect but the problem is ongoing and deteriorating.
Most appalling and dishonest company. I cancelled my contract with Multi Choice and paid a cancellation fee, only to have monthly deductions from my bank account continue. It finally took me three additional interactions with their service team to learn that contract cancellation does not mean channel package cancellation. Package cancellation has to be separately specified, but they appear to go out of their way to avoid advising you of this.
