Pathetic Service from Nelza Ngobeni

On several occasions I emailed and called Nelza Ngobeni to refund the portion of my deposit as I moved out the 9th October 2023,she promised she would email me the statement concerning the refund 3 weeks ago,I just received a SMS telling me my rent is due when I've clearly have already moved out,are they trying to ***** the deposit that they need to refund me!! Get back to me or il lodge a formal complaint against your company.
