Poor service received

<div>I had a similar aweful experience. My son (11) shot his first impala. Henry gave us a European mount with missing teeth and pieces of bone broken off. The hide is thin; it looks like it had been scraped paper thin due to rotting on the inside of the hide. It was cut completely lopsided. What a disappointment for my young son! Henry said he would refund my son who paid for this with money he earned from his entrepreneurial efforts. It has been months and Henry has not made the refund. He ignores my messages and calls.</div>
