Melissa Pearce please be advised this matter will be taken further, ****** isn’t going to be tolerated in 2025.
Found a property, messaged the agent, got a response saying I should send my ID, once done she advised that she has someone already for the property that’s approved, never pay deposit yet. I mean why ask for my ID if you had someone already for the property. Seems to me that there is a desperate attempt to see what culture they could allow. Properties are based on a first come first serve bases, no deposit means the property is still accessible for a viewing. I should be allowed to apply to stay there too. The property agent Melissa Pearce says I’m being rude when I asked her why can’t I see the property, as the other interested party hasn’t put down a deposit as yet. I enquired the reason again for not allowing me to view despite there being no deposit made from the other party she blocked me, Very disrespectful and very demeaning way of handling business, so unprofessional and I am definitely going to take this up with higher authorities.

What an experience and such a pleasure being helped and advised by the team. Needed a laptop charger for a rare laptop, couldn’t get it anywhere, not only did I get the charger from them but also got my laptop updated and received free advise. Would definitely recommend eworkshop for all your computer and phone needs.
