No refund
Enrolled and paid for 2 candidates in full to attend a Workshop in April 2024. The Workshop was postponed a few times due to low enrolment. We eventually requested a refund in May 2024 and have not been refunded since.

Takes money, don't do the training and don't refund.
We registered and paid for 2 candidates in full with Michael Phiri for training that was suppose to happen in March. It was then moved to April and then ultimately cancelled due to low enrollment. We then requested for a refund. No refund was received and everytime we follow up on the progress of the refund, excuses are made that it will be done at the end of the month. Every month same excuse and still no refund. I would strongly caution anyone from enrolling for any training hosted or offered by Luthando Skills & Training and Michael Phiri.
