Not paying back my money!

After cancellation of my contract and all monies due to them was paid i discovered on 01 November 2023 that they Never stopped my debit order from their side and money was deducted from my account. I logged a query with proof of deductions to them and they rep**** on 02 November that they will wait for the payment to reflect and they will pay back the money. I left it until 14 November 2023 where i did a follow up and they informed me that it should be paid in that same week. On 16 November 2023 i did a follow up and no response was received, again on 17 November i did a follow up and again no response, so i called the technician manager and he did a follow up where they answered him but till date nothing to me, I even did another follow up on 20 November 2023 and it is now the 21st of November and still no response. They are quick to take your money but slow to give it back even when it was because of their negligence. Because of this i will not be recommending them to anyone!!
