Stay at Golden oaks complex at your own risk. Before you move in bear in mind chances of you getting your deposit back are slim! They will create stories just to ensure you don’t get your deposit back security is very bad loud noise kids playing on parkings near tenants cars!!!! Managed by ALEC MASSEL YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!

I was phoned last week after I requested a it was on Tuesday I was told that technician will come on Thursday and they never showed up I phone them on Friday they promised to come today on Sunday 11:00 and I didn’t go to church waiting for technician and no one is showed up. Now we have to truck you with our assets while you have empty promises to your clients 😡😡

Driver tag
They are the worst company i have ever delt with. The phone just keep ringing for 10-15 minutes, no answer. If you finally get hold of them then the call "drops". I’m stuck in KZN my driver tag is not working they say I must come back to Johannesburg for them to fix it.(Their technician) who I’m going to drive to joburg if the car can’t start!!!!

This people are not professional and our cars with them are not safe with them. They installed a device on my car that doesn’t work it have been 3 weeks now and I have been telling them that their driver tag is not working. And now the technician who installed it doesn’t even answer my calls. WHAT A POOR SERVICE NEVER DOOR BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE!!! ****

Brian Maleka is the worst service provider in this company I phoned them wanted to upgrade my tracking system last week they collected all my documents but they never installed anything he doesn’t even bother calling for updates
