williamscoachtours@gmail.comI once had traveled with this bus from PE to CPT in June and had no much complaints, besides the toilets. 2 weeks back I had to send my niece with my sister's after her mother's death back home to PE and we obviously had all her belongings (niece) as she was moving back to her grandparents. That's inclusive of a prem. I work in aviation, we do allow free baby items but to a limit, and I understand that it maybe different with buses, but an exception could've been made. I was charged R400 for the baby item(prem) and an adult ticket çosted them less than 400. Furthermore upon collection as they arrived at their destination. They were not given the prem and the staff in PE demanded a further R200 without any proof of payments on both occasions, such a appalling service really, great bus but the Nigerian guy in CPT station was terribly disgusting , I took videos of him and the driver , I would like this recitified and senior's of this organisation reaching out to this matter. I am sending it to hellopeter, consumer affairs
