This past Sunday the 23 Rd June,I decided to go to my go to place when I want a great slice of pizza, unfortunately I regret my experience on this day ,did not live up to expectations.Im not totally loyal to one specific NY pizza slice location but I do reside in table view, so on this visit it was Eden on the Bay store.It was in the late afternoon, and I decided on getting my usual which is the Manhattan slice,it looked different , the Manhattan is a tomato base with cheese and usually for good measure some leaf like basil on the pizza.i ordered a slice and paid and and mentioned that there was no tomato base or Basil,in fact I spoke to a guy who apparently is a operation s manager who was there and he responded in saying they were out of the Roma tomatoes which is the core of any good pizza!I For the first time I did not finish my slice,to put it mildly it was awful! What really is quite perturbing is that they are even selling pizza without the core ingredient in a pizza.I wrote to the owner of this Eden on the bay NY pizza slice and to this point he has not acknowledged my email.Is this apathy or just I really don't care? Sad because it's my favorite place for pizza not particularly this location but I love NY pizza slice when I'm up for pizza.They that is Eden on the Bay NY pizza slice dropped the Ball big time here.
Wanted to share my experience with Caltex ravensview table view freshstop.On the 18 th November I purchased a wrap that indicated it was a "ham and cheese"wrap ,on returning to home only to discover no hamin this wrap .Later I took my uneaten portion of the wrap back to freshestop, only to encounter a very disserving unpleasant supervisor by the name of Ester who didn't literally say two words and proceeded to refund me without any apology, and further more after me correcting her on this started to berate me. I have followed up with management with an email on my dissatisfaction on the whole matter and was responded to that an investigation on cctv camera s would be looked into? My feelings on this matter is that the person who served me will more than likely continue her bad service traits and there will be no consequences,as the response letter didn't actually say anything relating to Ester and her bad performance in dealing with the matter of a simple apology. Sad when South African s get so numb to accepting non service,bad service,rude service, uncaring service and sorry, thankyou is not a feature in communication.
