I bought a PS3 Controller from Evogames. Controller was faulty and suspected to be a ****. I requested a return and refund. they eventually booked the item for return via courier, a day later they received it. Silence from this point. They now have the controller and my money! they do not respond to my emails or the WhatsApp support line, its as if I am being ignored. This is now Day light *******, they are quick to take your money and process the order when you buy something but when it comes to returning the order and getting a refund you are no longer a concern to them! Better to just avoid doing business with Evogames!
