Worst experience with a courier company!
I am sorry but this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a courier company. First of all - it is of no use to contact them telephonically. You wait forever and a day (if you are lucky) for your call to be answered. Secondly, the delay in a simple delivery is truly unacceptable! The original delivery date was supposed to be on Monday the 20th of November, I knew that I would not be at the residence on that day and contacted them first thing to inform them that they should please reschedule the delivery to the Wednesday, since then I have been waiting for the delivery, each day with a different agent on WhatsApp that says it will be delivered. This is the fourth consecutive day where the parcel has not been delivered. Excuses ranges anywhere from "the driver can't be reached" to "he was running late". I would not recommend this courier company to anyone.

Great Black Friday order experience.
Amazing Service! I placed an order on Black Friday, within one business day I received a message that the delivery was on it's way. The website is easy to navigate and the products are diverse and impressive.
