This is one of the worst food delivery service provider period. I ordered KFC from Bolt Food on the 26th of November 2023 and this was never delivered to me but was recorded as delivered. I made follow up and lodged a complaint and was told th driver completed the delivery before actually making the delivery. I requested a refund and was promised same would be processed in 14 business days. Surprisingly no refund was effected. I had to make additional follow ups and really they took me for a fool and promised me I'd be refunded again. I mean it's been since the 26th of November and nothing has happened. It's a pity I now have to refer a dispute to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman in order to enforce my refund for a mere amount of above R300. I for one am dismayed by the lack of professionalism even when dealing with my complaint. The non compliance with their own time frames shows how poorly the business is operated and shows no audits take place. Everyone please save yourself by not ordering from Bolt Food, rather go for Mr D or Uber eats you will not regret. Company like Bolt food has no regard for customers, doesn't value your money and to say the least is by far the worst you could find. I'd never order hear period. I hope you don't too.
