We have a service plan with Global Motors. Our car is due for 90k service to find out the service plan expired September 2023. No communication was sent to us re: expiry date in order for us to look at option to extend the service plan or to take the car for the service. They were fully paid up when car was bought. This is really disappointing, now we need to look at option to trade in the car or pay for the service which is not planned for. Bad communication. Will not recommend them to anyone.
