Poor Business Ethics & Customer Service

This company consistently fails to deliver on promises, excelling in poor business ethics, communication breakdowns, and dreadful customer service. Count on them to promise one thing, do the opposite, and then blame you when things go south. This has happened to us three times, and each time is a frustrating cycle of broken arrangements, unfulfilled commitments, and a plethora of excuses on the collection day.
