Worse banking experience of my life I was upgraded to a fusion account limit never loaded request 100 times for the account to be downgrade back to apire never happened sent multiple chats on private banking no help rude consulted no response rude dismissed I need my account sorted all those fees reversed
I have never been undermined or disrespected by anyone in my life the two bankers are chatted with firstly disregarded my question and they did what they felt is what should be done second the kept on transferring my chat Yursa n Xolani I'm not sure who their manager is the need proper training Bongani did the same as they did but proper as he escalated the issue did not disrespected me so I need to understand ever since I upgraded never have I ever gotten help or is the service only for aspire I would the downgrade if that is the case
