Worse Rental agency

We rented a property in Mandini from Soukop properties. When we viewed the property it was said the owner will do maintenance and repair the property. For 2 months nothing was done on maintenance and landlord sending sewer bill to us. We went to pay sewer at municipality , we were told because we are renting the landlord has to pay the account and not the tenant. We had to get the electricity number from the municipality aswell. We always communicated with the agent. So we found a better place where the agent looked after her people. When requesting our deposit, Soukop has issues and Reena send me a voice note to say if the agent find new tenants we could get our money back . the agent found tenants before we moved out. Now Reena is saying she paid the landlord for loss of income? what bull**** is that. Do not rent from Soukop . They are ****s and tenants are not important to them. Incorrect invoices every month
