Expired Rejoovena on Shelves

My father bought a rejoovena for my on Tuesday and my mom drank it and started to have kidney pains after drinking it, and when we check for expire date it expired on June 2023 but still on shelves for Sale, I have a receipt and a bottle of it with me.
