Bad customer service
Bad service. I personally phoned them to change my baking details. I thought they were changed and when I realised that’s not the case, I phoned them. Guess what, they sent me an email that my plan has been made paid up! Bad customer service!!!!!!

Poor workmanship
Do not use them. Don’t be fooled by the social media posts. They are rude, unprofessional and outright disrespectful with no regard for customers. The owner Terrence and partner Gerald will be of no assistance. They are the worst. I won’t mention their admin person Katlego, she is rude and will treat you as if they are doing you a favour. Please take your money elsewhere. Trust me, the instagram pictures tell a different story. Don’t fall for it. I wouldn’t wish my two-day horror with these guys after paying over R20 000 on my worst enemy. They are horrible people with poor business skills and ethics! Don’t use them.
