Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company In short, 3 months to install a basic, single, frameless glass shower door. Initially, a good experience with sales quoting and measuring, as well as good pricing, but that is where it stopped. Turned into a 3-month struggle to have the single shower door installed. Each week passed with excuse after excuse as to why the door was not installed. There was a severe lack of communication, 90% of the time minimal information was only communicated when we phoned them ourselves (after installers didn't pitch at arranged times). Needed to visit their offices in person on 2 occasions in order to get any action out of the company as phone calls seemed to have no effect. Installation dates were missed multiple times. Glass for the door was incorrectly cut at the supplier on 2 separate occasions, we don't know whos fault this was but this should not happen in a professional environment. The actual installation took 3 visits from installers due to parts not on hand Lack of accountability from managers and a general feeling of zero effort made to correct the problems occurring. It was a constant uphill battle to get FGA to just complete their side of the agreement. Eventually had to contact the installer directly to organise installation as the office couldn't provide any info. Thank goodness we had his contact details, otherwise, we might still be waiting. With such a struggle over such a simple job, I would be very hesitant to trust FGA with anything even slightly complicated. Would recommend using a different company, even if the other quote is higher.
