Xpert Solutions more like Delinquent Solutions
There isnt even a - star rating on Hello Peter for these guys. they approached me for assistance in debt consolidation. i kept asking is it debt review and they said no.. they hounded me daily with calls and whatsapps etc. eventually i said they could forward me a proposal which they said they would but nothing will be done without my authorization after seeing the proposal etc. not even 24 hours later, my credit cards and accounts were blocked. i could not access any funds for over a week. after calling and calling them i eventually managed to get them to send a reject form to my creditors so that i could access my funds. they hound you when they want you but when you need them they ignore all calls.... after 2 weeks or so i find that i am flagged on the credit bureau as "under debt review".. cannot apply for a school for my child, HomeLoan, anything really after specifically telling them not to proceed with anything. The person i spoke to there is Nathan. he is the most unprofessional person in the world. he talks over you the entire time you are on the phone to such a point that i got so frustrated and S%&^ on the phone.... which i never do. after 6 weeks of chasing them for a letter to the ncr TO REMOVE ME i finally got through to a supervisor (at least i think) they do not allow you to speak to anyone senior who told me he would ensure it is sent today 11/12/23. Nathan promised me this was sent in November already and we have to wait for the NCR. i called the NCR myself who by the way are the most helpful people in the world and should deal with debt on their own instead of these ridiculous companies who honestly just don't care about the consumer. this is the worst company in the world... i really advise you to not even take a call from them let alone get them to "quote" you as you will find yourself listed before you can blink!!!!
