Langebaan holiday owner refuse deposit refund.

Hi there, i enquire and then booked a holiday on 11 August for 20 December 2023 - 5 January 2024. In the meantime my daughter got the news that she must undergo surgery and I have to support her and I want to cancell my booking. I Cancelled 31 August 2023. That isctwo weeks after I booked and long way before December. Miss Carmen Diener ID 010617 0029083 from Langebaan told ne that she do not refund the whole amount. Up and today she witheld the full deposit of R5000 and refuse to refund me in full. I feel that I cancelled long before the time. She in the meantime booked it out to other tennants and still did not refund me. On lekkeslaap it also showed ad booked out. Under Skiathos Place Langebaan. She have a few entities.
