Racial slurs

I took my friend to go and pick up her car and then got kicked out of the shop and told me that I will handle me outside all because I asked for a formal report for the insurance so we could see if it was something the insurance covered as R6000 is a lot of money to just cough out for a fuel pump especially if you have insurance. The front desk lady then told me she has 22 years of experience and the insurance won’t cover( please keep in mind we had just spoken to the insurance and they said we must submit the report and they will put the claim through they might cover it but the only way to tell is by submitting the claim, aswell as the fact that the front desk lady had no knowledge of what insurance my friend was using nor what coverage she has) I also told her that she needs to address her staff by name and not by the colour of their skin because they are humans just like her. Mind you I am kicked out of the store and the front desk lady is still screaming at me and going on i am not innocent I definitely exchanged words with her but I will not be disrespected, threatened and remain silent. When telling her it is offensive to me to call someone by colour as I am coloured I am half and half I was then laughed at and told I am a half breed, to follow she phoned her husband who approached me with disrespect coming in full defense of his wife I even had to remind him that he is a fully grown man speaking to a woman with his hands in her face pointing her in her face, the husband and wife duo then proceeded to call the staff member and have him stand infront of my friend and is forced my his bosses to tell my friend is a black man with his bosses screaming at him “tell her you are black tell her you are black!!” To ridicule one of your own staff memeber to justify ****** is absolutely disgusting and requested the footage from their cameras he refused and then proceeded to lock my friend and her 3 month old baby inside the shop so him and he’s wife can continue to scream at her with her child in her hands while refusing to give her her car keys. They even called security for me and the sercurity was shocked when I told him he is here for me because he was told that there was a woman attacking the front desk lady and I was outside chilling while they 2 yell at my friend inside. After this innocent they then proceeded to phone my friends husband to explain man to man because woman are so *********** he told my friends husband that I pushed the front desk lady when my friends husband asked for the footage they said no again, my friend asked for the footage and was told no aswell. Lastly when leaving the front desk woman shouted to my friend that her car will burn in flames with her child inside. Absolutely disgusting all for a report for insurance aswell as telling someone they are being offensive.
