I have tried to order a product and then try to cancel before the payment went through and it just kept taking money from my account. I went to Absa to stop the payment, phoned the fruad the department who said I must cancel my credit card. As far as I was concerning ABSA contacted them and I received a email to say they will repay me which has not been done so far. I had to go through the hassle of getting a new Credit card, change all my debit orders that went of my credit card and now Absa does not know anything about it and said I reported books that I bought which I did not. In this instant I feel That Absa is just as guilty as Natively Healt and now Aba is just throwing their hand in the air and say they can't do anything. Who is there to help us in situations like this?????? People steel your money and that's that. Up to date I have not received my money back or any product which I don't want. If you look at the reviews, there a lot of people that paid and not received their money or any product. Some people say they send it to SA Post office (which is actually non excising in our country) but still nothing. I would like to get my money back but there's just nobody that helps you. Nobody wants to take responsibility. They take your money quick enough and that is the end. I feel ABSA should have stopped the payment immediately when I went to the bank, but they also just pulled up their shoulders.
